"Charm is deceitful, and beauty is passing,

but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised."

Proverbs 31:30

Our desire as a women's group is to grow together through Bible study, fellowship, and prayer. We hope you will join us as we grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Bible Study:

In this time of social distancing, I thought it would be good for us to "gather" online to discuss the week's study in Exodus. I hope you are all doing your study guide and staying in God's word during this time of separation. I have continued to write the next study guides and will proceed as if we are meeting. With that said, there is a site called Zoom. It is a video conferencing site where we can all participate. You simply need to register on their website and sign in to the meeting that I will set up. (If you don't get an invite, please contact me.) The meetings will be on Thursdays at 10:00am. I hope you will take advantage of this online resource! This week we'll be covering the Exodus 11 portion only. Hope to see you Thursday!

The women meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm and again on Thursday mornings at 9:30am in the Church Living Room (same study, different day). Childcare is provided for both studies. We'd love to have you join us!

You can download a copy of the STUDY GUIDE or pick up a copy near the t-shirt display in the Children's Ministry entrance.

We celebrate Communion the last Wednesday of each month in lieu of Bible Study. We also do not meet on the Thursday following Communion.

Meals Ministry

The purpose of the Meals Ministry is to serve those navigating different circumstances such as a new baby, illness, surgery recovery, etc. When a need for meals arises, a schedule is created on www.mealtrain.com. An email is sent to the Meals Ministry team with the Meal Train information. The Meal Train website contains all the information regarding the family, allergies, contact information, address, and a schedule for meals.

If you would like to take a meal, you will need to register on the website and then sign up for a particular day that works with your schedule. When your day comes to bring a meal, you will contact the family to set up a delivery time.

If you would like to be added to the Meals Ministry team email list, please contact Val at 304.90.7914 or valerie@ccmorgantown.com.

women's conference

This year's theme for our Women's Conference was Unveiling the Treasure. As women, we put so much emphasis on our outward appearance, when our true treasure lies beneath the surface. We hope you are blessed by the teaching from God's word.
