"CHILDREN ARE A GIFT FROM THE LORD."

PSALM 127:3

We desire to lead children to be fully devoted followers of Christ, inviting them to know Christ in a way that transforms their daily lives and the lives of those around them. Because we see the value in teaching children at their own learning level we offer age appropriate classes. We hope you will allow your children to be a part of what God is doing at Calvary Chapel. We count it a privilege to be able to minister to them!

Before bringing your child to church, please read our Children's Sickness Policy. Thank you!

DIGITAL CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

We’re very excited to offer a new digital check in/check out procedure as we continue to provide the utmost love, care, and security for your children during their time in Children’s Ministry.

The parent/guardian will now check in their child/children (infant - 5th grade) into the designated Children’s Ministry rooms listed below. Please note that your child/children can only be checked in and out of their designated room. For example, families with multiple children in different rooms cannot check in/out their children in one room on one iPad. The iPads and printers are room specific, so each child must be checked in and out of their designated room.

Check In Procedure:

  • Parent/guardian will go to their child’s designated room for digital check in. The iPad screen will display the prompt "Touch to Check In".
  • The display will then prompt the parent/guardian to "Choose People to Check In." Click on the child’s name and hit “Check In”. The room’s printer immediately prints two tickets - a parent/guardian ticket and a child ticket. The parent/guardian ticket goes with the parent/guardian and MUST be retained and provided at check out. The child’s ticket is placed on the paper check in roster for that designated room. Please note that each child is given a unique identifier at check in every time they're checked into the system.
  • For new families or children, the parent/guardian will still type in their phone number on the iPad, whereupon they'll be prompted to create a profile for their child/children on the spot. Once added into the digital system, the child/children can be checked in following the same process discussed above.

Check Out Procedure:

  • Parent/guardian return to their child’s designated room. The parent/guardian will then present the parent/guardian ticket to the Children's Ministry team worker, who will then verify the unique identifier. Once verified, the parent/guardian ticket will be placed next to the corresponding child’s ticket on the paper roster, and the child is officially checked out of Children's Ministry.
