tree of hope, grace, & remembrance

December 9

6:30-8pm

The Castle at Calvary Chapel Morgantown

499 Tyrone Rd, Morgantown

Join us for the lighting ceremony of the

Tree of Hope, Grace, and Remembrance.

(Register below.)

This event is an opportunity to join our voices in prayer, supplication, and rejoicing. Everyone touched by addiction, from the addict themselves to the people who love them, knows what a difficult battle this can be.

Thankfully, we are not alone, as we have a God who cares for us and is there to help us win the battle.

Each person attending will receive an ornament to hang on a beautiful blue spruce as a symbol of their prayer: Gold for a loved one in recovery, Blue for a loved one struggling, and Purple for a loved one lost.

This event will mean different things for each person in attendance. For you, it may be to thank God for deliverance from addiction; or maybe you’d like to pray for a loved one who is struggling in addiction and for their salvation. Perhaps this is an opportunity to remember a lost loved one, which is the reason this event is near and dear to my wife Toni and I, who will be memorializing our son Chase, who is now in the presence of his Heavenly Father.

We know the struggle against addiction can often seem unsolvable, but you are not alone. Come as we join together to show there is Hope for those who have been in addiction and for the families and friends that love them.
